HypeShot is intended to provide AI-powered creative tools for editing and enhancing images, videos, and related content.
Aezo AI is intended to provide AI-powered tools and services for MSMEs to support business growth, including digitization, product cataloging, market access, and business discovery.

You agree not to:

• Use HypeShot or Aezo AI for any unlawful or unauthorized purposes

• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to compromise the platforms’ functionality

• Access or use any content or data not intended for you

4. Intellectual Property

All materials, including content, features, tools, design, and technology available on HypeShot and Aezo AI, are the intellectual property of Aezo Tech Pvt. Ltd. and are protected by applicable laws.

You may not:

• Copy, distribute, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of HypeShot or Aezo AI

• Use any content for commercial purposes without prior written consent

5. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you upload to HypeShot or Aezo AI.

By uploading content (e.g., product information, images, videos), you grant HypeShot or Aezo AI a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and process such content for the purpose of providing services to you.

6. Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to HypeShot or Aezo AI at our sole discretion, particularly if we believe you have violated these Terms or used the platforms in a harmful way.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

HypeShot and Aezo AI are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or the suitability of services for your specific needs.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aezo Tech Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use HypeShot or Aezo AI.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana.
